of fish; the main fish targets are of course the Barramundi — a
superb fighting and excellent table fish. Other great fighting fish include
Black Jewfish, Queen Fish, Threadfin Salmon, Tuna, Trevally and Golden
Snapper. Succulent mud crabs also abound — try Simon’s chilli
